Reni Nurfaida – Executive Pastry Chef
Chef Reni Nurfarida cultivated her passion for the art of pastry since she graduated from National Hotel Institute Bandung in 1993 and continued her study to Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Consell in Paris. After honing her skills in Laduree Paris, Macaroon Chocolate course and Macaroon Cake Mousse Course in Thailand she learned the artistry and refinement of transforming traditional desserts into exquisite presentations. With tremendous career background in several 5-star hotels Chef Reni is now the Executive Pastry Chef of The Trans Luxury Hotel, where she delighted guests with her unique sense of pastry design.

Chef Agung was born in Bandung and has grown-up surrounded by the authentic taste of Indonesian culinary. That was inspired him to explore more and learn about the art of culinary in his beloved country and from around the world. Hidayah Anka - Executive Sous Chef
His passion in culinary brought him to some of the most exotic destination like Caribbean and Seychelles as well as to some of the most fascinating places like Dubai and Korea. Back in his home country, Chef Anka brings over his conspicuous passion for cooking in Indonesian, French and Japanese Peruvian at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung.
Lukman Hakim - Chef de Cuisine The 18th Restaurant and Lounge
Chef Lukman Hakim has more than 10 years travel around the world to adapt culture and deliver that passion and culture through various of cuisine that he has made. Having cooking experience in most of 5-star hotels in Japan, Dubai, and many other countries make him respect the local ingredient and maximize the modern technique, therefore he is so confident to bring the taste of the world to The 18th Restaurant and Lounge.
